Quantex will treat this user as a desk administrator for your firm. By clicking “Reques a demo” the User hereby confirms that the User

(i) Understands that usage of the System can only occur after execution of an additional agreement with the relevant Quantex entity that will be separately provided to the User;

(ii) Satisfies all legal requirements to use the System (including the legal ability to enter into transactions) in the jurisdiction(s) in which it is located(i). In the case of a User located in the United Kingdom and the European Union, the User has a minimum financial instrument portfolio, including both cash deposits and financial instruments, in excess of 500,000 EUR (or equivalent in non-Euro currencies);

(iii) Has the sophistication to understand the transactions that the User (or its Authorized Users) are negotiating or entering into through the System; and
